After deleting attachments - View deletion notice?

Hi,

I'm currently setting up the Email Workflow Utilities which are working brilliantly apart from one issue...

My workflow has the option enabled to add a note to the email after an attachment has been deleted - However, no-one can see these notes... How do we see them?

They should appear with the rest of the notes - is there security issues preventing viewing?

Hi there,

By default, the standard email form doesn't appear to have any way of viewing notes associated with it. Doing an advanced search for all notes also doesn't find the note that should have been created...

To add Notes, edit the form and go to the Insert tab at the top. Select the target area on the form and then double-click the Notes icon in the ribbon. Save and publish the form.

Hi,

Ah-ha! Thanks for that. It appears even though the note addition option was turned on it still wasn't working. I had to alter the workflow to disable & re-enable the option before notes started appearing.
